и ошибка

debconf: unable to initialize frontend: Dialog

Была попытка решить установкой этих пакетов в начале:

RUN apt-get update
ARG NOCACHE=1

RUN apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends  apt-utils dialog
RUN apt-get install -y software-properties-common
